Since I wasn’t a naturally well-endowed woman in the breast department, I became curious about breast enlargement pills and decided to order a few bottles. Why? No. They contained the same well-known estrogen-rich dong quai, fenugreek, red clover, pueraria mirifica, kelp, fennel, blessed thistle, wild yam, saw palmetto, dandelion, watercress, royal jelly, ginseng, vitamins and minerals that the top natural breast enhancement manufactures are promoting today.

Do the pills work for some women and not for others? I don’t know. I only tell my story and let you decide if the craze over breast enlargement pills is real or a hoax.

1. If you expect to instantly jump several bra sizes and have plump round breasts overnight then natural breast enlargement products are NOT for you. What you’re after are breast implants (in the US, most are saline based, unless implated following a mastectomy, where silicone implants have been re-approved by the FDA in certain cases). Natural breast enlargement massage creams (which are often sold in conjunction with the pills, such as with the Breast Actives formulas) contain the same ingredients as the pills, as well as avocado, almond and sunflower oil, chamomile, grapefruit seed, Aloe Vera, collagen and a few other harmless essences.

4. The safety of natural breast enhancement products is very difficult to asses. Why? 5. Natural breast enlargement issues have been addressed by such well-known authors as Susun Weed (author of Wise Woman Herbal for the Childbearing Year; Healing Wise; Breast Cancer? 6. A medical professional, Ray Sahelian, M.D., who has crafted a virtual encyclopedia of dietary supplements and natural medicine, conditions versus herbal remedies, as well as written numerous books, has been asked specifically about natural breast enhancement pills and creams. Some women who have tried the latest breast enhancement pills have reported very different reactions and experiences. Some claim to have seen a half inch (or up to an inch) increase in their bustline; others say it did nothing – either good or bad. Why? If it works, it works, no? Not necessarily. Individual reactions to the formulas can vary greatly depending on a woman’s age and metabolism as well as factors like her hormone level – if she’s pre or post menopausal, if she has ovaries or has had a complete hysterectomy. Other factors that can affect the results a woman may notice are as simple as her daily diet. On the other hand there are very expensive clinics where the prices of implants are over $10,000. I’ve found a clinic in California offering the treatment for $50,000, the other in Florida for $70,000.

Prices outside the USA: the cheapest breast implants I’ve found are in Pakistan, for just $1,000. On the other hand the most expensive are in South Africa: from $5,000 to $40,000.

Bargain dresses for around $25 to $50, are available at a place called Wet Seal. They have trendy pink and black lace dresses, but the downside is that they’re all short, very fitted and only appropriate for young girls who can squeeze into a size “s”.

The last suggestion is something light and whimsical called the American Rag Dress (which is made from lace, not rags) and retails for just under $60. It features a feminine empire waistline and fluid lace skirt. It’s only available in one color: shifting sand (between ivory and champagne).

It seems to be part of the overall retro tendency. The cheapest one I’ve found is Tokyo Fashion V-neck Layered Lace Dress for $31. I don’t like it for two reasons. First it’s black and a black lace dress makes me think about my great-grandmother and funerals. The other aspect that I don’t like is the kind of cut that hides woman’s waists and hips with straight lines forming a triangle.

Although Warner bras are well-known for comfort and soft support, they haven’t always been famed for their sexiness. However, that’s changed with the addition of several new designs including some in their high-tech series like Elements of Bliss. Have you seen the latest Satin Tuxedo line that’s detailed in satin ribbon? How about the animal print seamless bra that’s fiercely sexy and comfy in the Elements of Bliss series? If you haven’t seen them yet, you should because they offer lightweight contoured cups that shape and don’t leave lines showing through clothing while offering the best support without any uncomfortable wires.

And a Tuxedo isn’t a tuxedo without a cumberbund which is always a little bit shinier than the tuxedo itself and made of silk. So this satin trimmed push up bra matches his cumberbund as you can see. I think they exaggerate a lot calling this model “sexy”. Everything is sexy, sometimes the lack of a bra is more sexy than a bra. “Support your curves” and “enhance your cleavage” says Avenue. Cling free under tops is one of the characteristics. The strangest feature about this push up bra is this: ballet back with 3 hook-and-eye closure (that’s fine, nothing strange) helps to… keep your bra in place! That’s true, one always need more time to take off a bra with 3 closures than with 2, 1, or 0. On the other hand for an experienced man’s left hand 1, 2, or 3 is the same fast movement of fingers. Made of nylon and spandex, sizes from 40B to 46DD. Acceptable price $32. And don’t be surprised, they call this black colored bra “blue”.

Le Mystere Gigi Deep Plunge Push-Up Bra from Essential Apparel

The first one was “t-shirt”, the second one “sexy”, and now “le mystere”. Couldn’t be more pathetic. I wonder how much the authors of bra names earn. Le myster Gigi has molded and seamless cups, an underwire, and a deep plunge neckline. I still don’t know what “a deep plunge neckline” is but I like the idea of deep neckline. Nice double, thin adjustable straps, mesh on wings for support and 2 row back closure. Made from nylon and spandex, colors black or nude, sizes from 32A to 36E-DD. There’s something contradictory in this item. On the one hand, a push up bra was originally made for women with small breasts, on the other almost all push up bra models have big ones. It looks like they make a design and then produce it in all possible sizes. I like this bra mainly because it’s one of the more expensive in this post: $62. I like these double straps as well and the way the cups are connected together. “Nude” color? I prefer black, or dark grey like in the image.

The site has quite large, good quality photos. I mention that because for some reason most of these websites don’t have them. Sometimes I’m astonished what poor quality photos they use to show the products they have. The first three bras had simple, smooth borders, now is the time for three more feminine frills. Details of the bra: sleek stretch microfiber cups, underwire support, lovely mesh along the straps, and what’s this about gold hardware (although that’s the point I liked the best of the description – gold hardware!), 3 columns of 1 row hook closure. Details look refined and classy, in particular with this red lipstick. One more thing I didn’t understand: lovely scallop lace along the neckline. A lot of “lovely” things. Like most bras made of nylon and spandex, colors: only black, sizes from 32B to 38D. The most lovely element is the price: $75. Of course one can buy something similar for $7, but why to do it if one is as rich as I am and my woman like to receive very expensive things? Could a man offer a woman a bra as an intimate gift if the price were $7? He couldn’t. And for $75? It’s up to you, I can.

Very classy one. I’m not sure yet if push up bra and plunge bra are the same thing, I doubt it but I’ve found this model on their site while doing a search for “push up”. I think they are wrong. Or I’m wrong. Nothing particularly interesting in the description. They offer it also in plus sizes: 36-48 C, D, DD, E, F. Colors: black or nude. And an extremely strange bit of info at the end: washable. Really? I can’t believe it! I’m a little bit disappointed in the price, only $19. Too cheap, I don’t recommend it. Never buy the cheapest one. Never. Even if it’s washable.
