Not every woman in the world has the perfect pair of natural breasts, that have the exact size and shape they desire. To most, the definition of “perfect pair of breasts” are round and perky ones. Some prefer large breasts, some just want them to have the right shape. Unfortunately though, even those women who already have the perfect pair of natural breasts, must succumb to old age and the pull of gravity, both of which, eventually, will cause the breasts to sag.

This is why, since the dawn of cosmetic surgery, and other cosmetic products, breast enhancement has grown to become one of the most, if not the most popular cosmetic surgery procedure in the world.

There are numerous ways to enhance the breasts, whether it’s by using surgery, or by using a number of artificial enhancers. To most though, the mere mentioning of “breast enhancement” makes them think of silicone breast implants, inserted in a surgical breast enlargement procedure.

Silicone is one of the most popular materials used in breast implants, although saline implants are becoming more and more in-demand due to them being safer and feeling more natural. Using implants requires surgery. The doctor, depending on the surgical method used, will make incisions under near the armpits, on the crease under the breasts, or around the nipples, to insert the implants. This kind of breast enlargement has numerous benefits, but can be costly, and may require a bit of recovery time from the patient.

Those who do not wish to undergo surgery can use special garments or garment enhancers to lift the breasts up, or to give them a larger looking size. These come in the form of padded and push up bras, specifically designed to lift sagging breasts up, and give smaller breasts a larger appearance. There are also bra inserts, which are like silicone implants, but worn outside, on top of the breasts and under the bra, rather than inserted surgically. These options are cheaper and more convenient, but the downside is that once the clothes come off, so does the size.

One option that is really cheap, can actually help improve the appearance of the breasts, but will require a bit of inconvenience and effort, is exercise. Exercising and working out do not promise to make the breasts balloon in size, however, exercise increases muscle mass and improves the posture, allowing the pectoral muscles to tighten and give the breasts a “lifted” look.

These are the ways to improve the appearance of the breasts, and choosing the right one depends on what a woman needs, can afford to pay, or prefer.
